Teaser trailer for Palworld's upcoming PvP mode is here

It's time to summon your pals out of the mines and crop fields and onto the battlefield! Fans of the popular "Pokemon with guns" survival game rejoice once again as Developer Pocketpair, on April 11, 2024, revealed the Official Arena Teaser Trailer for Palworld:

The brief cinematic trailer depicted two teams of Pals ready to engage in combat in a coliseum setting.

"Battle against other players, pitting both yourself and your pals against them. Train the strongest Pals and defeat all your rivals."

Similar to the previous update, which introduced the first-ever raid boss, Bellanoir, along with numerous items, buildings, balance adjustments, and bug fixes to the Palworld. This latest PvP mode is also one of several novelties promised by Pocketpair in Palworld's roadmap. The new mode, called Palworld: Arena, will allow players to assemble teams of Pals to battle other players.

Initially, according to a tweet from the game’s official X account, the new PvP mode was slated for "summer 2024," but it was quickly changed to simply "2024." Therefore, it's likely that the PvP mode will be introduced towards the end of 2024. However, there's no need to worry, as Pocketpair promises a major update that will include a new island with a new species of Pals, new buildings, weapons, and more, scheduled to release this summer.
