Phantom Liberty is a masterful addition to Cyberpunk 2077, offering an immersive spy storyline in the new Dogtown district. Brilliantly written characters and side missions, spectacular endings and significant improvements from the 2.0 update make for a polished whole. The only drawbacks are the occasionally long-winded storyline and the still weak driving model.My rating: 5/5

Finally, after almost three years, the game looks like it should have. But beware of the PC configuration required: even with an RTX 4090, it's demanding.
