Commande d'un robot tondeuse Gardena sur le site Allemagne. Livraison rapide. Au bout d'un an, panne de batterie, retour demandé, le SAV m'envoie une étiquette de retour en Allemagne. Depuis maintenant 4 mois, plus aucune nouvelle de l'article, malgré de nombreuses relances par mail. Je ne sais même pas si je le récupérerai un jour...
Ordered a Gardena robotic lawnmower from the Germany site. Fast delivery. After a year, battery failure, return requested, after-sales service sent me a return label in Germany. For 4 months now, no more news of the item, despite numerous reminders by e-mail. I don't even know if I'll ever get it back...

Après une semaine d attente de livraison mon colis est arrivé endommagé avec un produit manquant. Alternate ne répond aux mails , difficultés de discuter avec eux . Allemand ou anglais seulement alors que le site est traduit en français. Alternate ne veut pas me rembourser ou me renvoyer le produit manquant. Renvoyant la faute sur les transporteurs... Merci alternate pour votre manque de savoir commercial.
After a week of waiting for delivery my package arrived damaged with a missing product. Alternate doesn't answer the mails, difficulties to discuss with them. German or English only while the site is translated into French. Alternate does not want to reimburse me or return the missing product. Putting the blame on the carriers... Thank you alternate for your lack of commercial knowledge.
