Amazon était un plateforme d'achat absolument géniale et révolutionnaire. Maintenant, c'est de la merde. Alors que je recevais dans les deux jours mes articles en stock, à présent il faut 5 jours voire plus! Si vous voulez être livré rapidement il faut payer une cinquantaine d'euros par an... Laissez tomber, il y a d'autres sites qui livrent beaucoup plus rapidement. Très déçu de l'évolution d'Amazon.
Amazon was an absolutely brilliant and revolutionary shopping platform. Now it's crap. Whereas I used to receive my in-stock items within two days, now it takes 5 days or more! If you want to be delivered quickly, you have to pay about 50 euros a year... Forget it, there are other sites that deliver much faster. Very disappointed by the evolution of Amazon.

moi j’achète chez rue du commerce il sont très réglo pour moi, pour amazone, ama zone = US Amazon, eBay et iTunes etc..etc. c'est une sacré mafia numérique, ils ne paye pas leurs impots sur le territoire et font un max d'argent et donc ça me fait rage.

J'ai arrêté de commander chez eux depuis que je sais qu'ils ne payent pas leurs impôts en France.C'est trop facile pour ces boites par rapport à celles qui jouent le jeu comme la Fnac par exemple. En plus, on finit toujours par payer sous forme d'impôt ou de taxe ce qu'on croit avoir économiser avec des sites comme Amazon.
I stopped ordering from them since I know that they don't pay their taxes in France, it's too easy for these companies compared to the ones that play the game like the Fnac for example. Plus, you always end up paying in the form of tax what you think you're saving with sites like Amazon.

Produit commandé avant 15h pour une livraison à J+1 Produit reçu le matin de J+2 Y'a comme un souci... surtout que j'ai payé le Premium ( enfin, je ne me suis pas rétracté assez vite après la période d'essai, donc Premium taxé d'office :( )

bien en t'en qu’acheteur mais en t'en que vendeur alors la c autre chose ( j'ai vendus un pc portable a 2600€ ( mon prix) et bien sur il y a une commission de 400€... mal au cu* alors acheter oui mais vendre non jamais!!!
well you only buy but you only sell then the other thing (I sold a laptop at 2600€ (my price) and of course there is a commission of 400€... badly cu* so buy yes but sell no never!!!!

AMAZON en dessous de tout. PC portable commandé chez AMAZON fin aout 2013, payé et jamais reçu. Erreur manifeste d'expédition de la part d'Amazon EU Sarl car au lieu de recevoir un PC, j'ai reçu un autocuiseur destiné à une autre personne ! (vive le respect des données personnelles!). Le traitement de ma réclamation par le service client a été indigne, à la limite de penser que c'était moi qui cherchait à voler le PC alors que j'avais fourni toutes les preuves que le problème venait d'eux. AMAZON n'a absolument pas cherché à retrouver le PC ... N'ont ils pas en confiance en leur personnel? ou le niveau de qualité chez eux est-il si catastrophique pour ne pas en informer le client? Pour finir en beauté, le même PC était disponible chez un autre fournisseur d'Amazon (plus cher...) mais ils ont préféré me dire qu'il n'était plus disponible et me le rembourser le prix payé et pas un centime de plus. Pour moi Amazon c'est terminé et je ne vous le conseille pas.
AMAZON underneath it all. Laptop ordered from AMAZON at the end of August 2013, paid for and never received. Obvious shipping error from Amazon EU Sarl because instead of receiving a PC, I received a pressure cooker for someone else! (long live the respect of personal data!). The treatment of my complaint by the customer service was undignified, to the limit of thinking that it was me who was trying to steal the PC when I had provided all the evidence that the problem came from them. AMAZON made no attempt to find the PC ... Don't they have confidence in their staff? Or is the quality level at home so catastrophic that they don't tell the customer? In the end, the same PC was available from another Amazon supplier (more expensive...) but they preferred to tell me that it was no longer available and refund the price paid and not a penny more. For me Amazon is over and I don't recommend it.

Je pense que la fiabilité de ce site n'est plus à prouver: <ul> <li>prix très bas</li> <li>livraison gratuite</li> <li>service client impeccable</li> </ul> Même pour quelques € de plus ça reste le meilleur rapporte qualité/prix.
