La commande et le paiement du jeu « Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 PC Battle.net Altergift » ont été effectués sur le site web de KINGUIN le 20 décembre. La confirmation de commande a été reçue rapidement. J'ai suivi les instructions du guide d'activation, en fournissant les informations demandées (battletag, détails de la commande, adresse e-mail). Une fois le vendeur ajouté à ma liste d'amis dans le jeu, j'ai attendu 72 heures. 96 heures se sont écoulées et le jeu "Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 sur Battle.net" n'ai toujours pas été livré et actif. Il s'agit de publicité mensongère ou d'une arnaque. Serait-il possible d'avoir de l'aide afin de résoudre ce problème.
The order and payment for the game "Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 PC Battle.net Altergift" was placed on the KINGUIN website on December 20th. The order confirmation was received promptly. I followed the instructions in the activation guide, providing the requested information (battletag, order details, e-mail address). Once the seller had been added to my list of in-game friends, I waited 72 hours. 96 hours passed and the game "Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 on Battle.net" was still not delivered and active. This is either false advertising or a scam. Please help us to solve this problem.

A FUIR !!! Acheter une clef pour Dying Light: The Beast intel voucher ( ce qui n est pas vraiment légal au demeurant ).Celle ci n est pas valide malgré que j ai le matériel éligible . Contact avec le support celui la ci me disent comment faire pour l activer chausse que j avais déjà faite. Depuis pas de réponse . Je vois dans les commentaire que je ne suis pas le seul.
A FUIR !!! I bought a key for Dying Light: The Beast intel voucher (which isn't really legal, by the way), which isn't valid even though I have the eligible hardware. I contacted support and they told me how to activate it, which I had already done. Since then, no response. I can see from the comments that I'm not the only one.

a fuir. J'ai commandé ma clé, je ne l'ai pas recu, leur support n'est qu'un stupide bot qui m'a remboursé sur mon compte kinguin alors qu'il m'a proposé de me rembourser sur ma CB. Et ce n'est qu'après qu'il m'a proposé de créer un ticket d'incident pour le support. Je me retrouve donc sans la clé du jeu, 30€ de crédit sur leur site. J'espère juste que le support va bien me rembourser comme prévu. Et biensur, juste après l'annulation de la commande, le prix du jeu a pris 2€. Et on en parle aussi de leur frais quelque soit le moyen de paiement ? 10% du prix, c'est abusé. Plus jamais sur ce site en tout cas.

Bonjour, Absolument toutes les clés Avast (premnium et ultimate) que j'ai acheté pour moi même et mes parents sont dupliqué sur Kinguin ! Celle ci sont vendu pour 1 pc 1 an et utilisé sur plusieurs pc donc vendu plusieurs fois ou dupliqué. De plus le service client fait la sourde oreille et fait tout pour ne pas vous rembourser; un conseil si vous achetez sur ce site payez via Paypal. Oui Kinguin emploi également une autre méthode pour arnaquer les gens... quand ils vous rembourse ils vous rembourse sur le porte monnaie kinguin et si il y a un problème avec ce que vous avez acheter avec le porte monaie ben il y a personne ils ne vous rembourse pas même si vous leurs fournissez les preuves (capture d’écrans etc...) il y a donc des vendeurs malhonnête sur ce site et surtout un SAV de très très mauvaise foie, je trouve ça dommage pour les vendeurs honnête de ce site, que je vais éviter maintenant, et surtout si je rachète dessus ça sera systématiquement via PayPal.

These are sold for 1 pc 1 year and used on several pc so sold several times or duplicated. What's more, customer service turns a deaf ear and does everything it can not to refund you; a word of advice if you buy from this site, pay via Paypal. Yes Kinguin also uses another method to rip people off... when they refund you they refund you to the kinguin wallet and if there's a problem with what you bought with the wallet well there's no one there they won't refund you even if you provide them with proof (screenshots etc...) so there are other ways to get your money back....) so there are dishonest sellers on this site and above all a very, very bad after-sales service, I think it's a shame for the honest sellers on this site, which I'm going to avoid from now on, and above all if I buy on it it will systematically be via PayPal.

Recomiendo encarecidamente no comprar nada en Kinguin. Llevo 24 horas para solucionar un problema con ellos y no tengo ni el juego ni el dinero. Lo primero es que estos espabilados venden copias que ya han sido activadas por otros usuarios y lo segundo es que, después de estar toda la tarde haciendo capturas en mi ordenador para demostrar su cagada, me han devuelto un importe en monedas de Kinguin y sorpresa... ¡No tengo suficiente para volver a comprar el juego! Experiencia nefasta
I strongly recommend not to buy anything from Kinguin. I've been 24 hours to solve a problem with them and I have neither the game nor the money. The first thing is that these clever people sell copies that have already been activated by other users and the second thing is that, after being all afternoon making screenshots on my computer to demonstrate their screw up, they have returned me an amount in Kinguin coins and surprise .... I don't have enough money to buy the game again!
