StartSelect is quite simply a scam. I bought 2 Amazon gift cards on the StartSelect site, immediately entered the first code (100 euros) which was correctly allocated, and when I tried to enter the 2nd code (50 euros), I got a message indicating that the code had already been used (but obviously not by me). I first contacted StartSelect, who told me that I had to contact Amazon to ask them for clarification, which I did. In other words, StartSelect sold me an unusable code, and after multiple exchanges, where I provided them with all the evidence (including screenshots, conversations with Amazon, etc.), their only response was "We're sorry". And so I lost 50 euros. StartSelect is quite simply a scam, and don't expect any solution if you buy an unusable code. I'm going to lodge a complaint.

I placed an order with this company and the codes I received don't work, either on a euro or a franc account. After several exchanges, they simply blamed a "supplier" instead of taking responsibility as a seller. I clearly explained to them that the problem was with the codes they sent me, but they refuse to offer a replacement or refund, which is totally contrary to their legal obligations. Faced with their lack of seriousness and assistance, I will now take legal action. I strongly advise against this company to anyone wishing to avoid unpleasant surprises and lack of professionalism.

This company is really rogue. They canceled two purchases but refuse to inform Klarna so that the invoices at Klarna are also canceled. Their customer service and treatment is horrible and amateurish. The absolute worst I have ever experienced! Do not shop with them, find another safer and serious online store.

Terrible company. My order number is 39558711. I paid through the Wise card in the App Store. The card was not delivered, and I had to open a dispute through Wise to get my money back. Previously, I had purchased several items that were delivered, but the last time they started requesting a lot of documents that I am not obligated to provide. They are breaking the law, do not buy from them under any circumstances!
