StartSelect est tout simplement une escroquerie. J'ai acheté 2 cartes cadeau Amazon sur le site StartSelect, j'ai immédiatement saisi le premier code (100 euros) qui a bien été affecté, et lorsque j'ai voulu saisir le 2ème code (50 euros), j'ai eu un message indiquant que le code avait déjà été utilisé (mais évidemment pas par moi). J'ai d'abord contacté StartSelect, qui m'a dit que je devais m'adresser à Amazon pour leur demander des précisions, ce que j'ai fait. De son côté, Amazon m'a confirmé que ce code avait déjà été utilisé par une autre personne. Autrement dit, StartSelect m'a vendu un code inutilisable, et après de multiples échanges, où je leur ai apporté tous les éléments de preuve (y compris des captures d'écran, des conversations avec Amazon, etc.), leur seule réponse a été "Nous sommes désolés". Et donc, j'ai perdu 50 euros. StartSelect est tout simplement une escroquerie, et n'attendez pas de solution si vous achetez un code inutilisable. Je vais porter plainte.
StartSelect is quite simply a scam. I bought 2 Amazon gift cards on the StartSelect site, immediately entered the first code (100 euros) which was correctly allocated, and when I tried to enter the 2nd code (50 euros), I got a message indicating that the code had already been used (but obviously not by me). I first contacted StartSelect, who told me that I had to contact Amazon to ask them for clarification, which I did. In other words, StartSelect sold me an unusable code, and after multiple exchanges, where I provided them with all the evidence (including screenshots, conversations with Amazon, etc.), their only response was "We're sorry". And so I lost 50 euros. StartSelect is quite simply a scam, and don't expect any solution if you buy an unusable code. I'm going to lodge a complaint.

J’ai passé une commande auprès de cette société et les codes reçus ne fonctionnent pas, ni sur un compte en euros ni sur un compte en francs. Après plusieurs échanges, ils ont simplement rejeté la responsabilité sur un “fournisseur” au lieu de prendre leurs responsabilités en tant que vendeur. Je leur ai clairement expliqué que le problème venait des codes qu’ils m’ont envoyés, mais ils refusent de proposer un remplacement ou un remboursement, ce qui est totalement contraire à leurs obligations légales. Face à leur manque de sérieux et d’assistance, je vais désormais m’en occuper par les voies légales. Je déconseille fortement cette société à quiconque souhaite éviter les mauvaises surprises et le manque de professionnalisme.

Det här företaget är verkligen oseriösa. De annullerade två köp men vägrar informera Klarna så att också fakturorna hos Klarna annulleras. Deras kundservice och bemötande är urusel och amatörmässigt. Det absolut värsta jag varit med om, någonsin! Handla inte gos dem, hitta en annan säkrare och seriös nätbutik.
This company is really rogue. They canceled two purchases but refuse to inform Klarna so that the invoices at Klarna are also canceled. Their customer service and treatment is horrible and amateurish. The absolute worst I have ever experienced! Do not shop with them, find another safer and serious online store.

Très mauvais site Web, ne commandai pas dessus, il y a des bugs lors de la réalisation de la commande, code promo qui disparaît ect.. Et lorsque l'on contacte le service client ils osent dire que non on ne la pas rentrer et impossible d'avoir un dédommagement aucun remboursement de la somme que l'on ne devait pas payer en échange ils vous obligent à payer une nouvelle commande avec exactement le même code promo en gros vous avez perdu des sous...
