Zathan the Black commands the Warhost of Zharr into battle

The commander of the Tower of Zharr is cruel beyond imagination and his only goal is to provide labor and sacrifices for Ghorth. Unlike his peers Drazhoath the Ashen and Astragoth Ironhand, the third legendary lord in Total War: WARHAMMER III - Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs leaves aside sorcery and likes to take bloodshed as a very personal matter. He is a melee powerhouse capable of facing any threat by himself, but even deadlier when mounting a Lamnasu or a Great Taurus. Only labor matters

You can think of Zathan the Black as a very efficient slaver that will go to any lengths to increase the Chaos Dwarfs' workforce in order to satisfy the endless demands of the workshops. He will get his hands dirty and capture slaves during the battle with his Sadistic Snare net just to enjoy their agony screams. 

The production of war machines is pivotal to your expansion during his campaign and he will make very good use of them on the battlefield. Zathan uses powerful locomotives to transport heavy artillery pieces through the battlefield, including Magma Cannons, Deathshrieker Rocket Launchers, and Dreadquake Mortars, and his armies boost enough firepower to rival any other faction.
