Here is the DLC roadmap for Total War: Warhammer III

Seasoned players with experience in the Total War: Warhammer series know that Creative Assembly has a long history of expanding its games with additional DLC. These usually add new lords, army units, gameplay mechanics, and even complete factions to each game. There are quite a few of these available for Total War: Warhammer and Total War: Warhammer II, and the latest installment in the series is following the same path as its predecessors. If you own Total War: Warhammer III, you already have access to Ogre Kingdoms, Forge of Chaos Dwarfs, and Champions of Chaos, but the developer has very ambitious plans to expand its strategy game beyond that.

A year full of novelties

Creative Assembly has detailed the roadmap with all the additional content planned for Total War: Warhammer III in the next 12 months. Not only it includes plenty of new DLC for the game, but also free updates.

The first update will arrive by the end of this month with a new End Game Scenario for Immortal Empires starring the Chaos Dwarfs, seven new regiments of renown, and a new legendary hero. 

During the summer, update 4.0 will bring another free legendary hero, gameplay improvements, and the fourth official DLC for Total War: Warhammer III, which will expand the story of Tzeentch, Cathay, and Kislev with the addition of new lords, heroes, and units. 

The last update of the year will arrive with a new DLC focused on Nurgle, the Empire, and the Dwarfs, alongside another free legendary hero. Of course, you can expect to see balance changes and bug fixes added to the game throughout this year to improve the experience.

Creative Assembly will then take a small break to gain momentum and launch update 6.0 in spring 2024, with another DLC that will follow the same pattern as previous ones but for three other factions.
