Starfield release window revealed by official website

The official support page for Starfield has revealed the release date that the Bethesda title will reach the public. According to the site, we should see the new adventure on Xbox Series and PCs in the first half of 2023, with Bethesda's guarantee. In other words, it shouldn't be long before we can get our hands on the new space adventure.

As the public is well aware, the journey has been delayed a few times and left players without any big games on Xbox platforms during the past year. However, the promise looks very big, and fans should also be able to check out the game on Day One with the Game Pass service offered by Microsoft.

Starfield was announced in June 2018 during an E3. At last year's E3, Bethesda released the first gameplay trailer and promised that the title would be released on November 11, 2022, which ended up not happening.

The game's director, Todd Howard, said that the decision to delay the release was quite difficult but that "it was the right thing to do." In an interview with Lex Fridman's podcast, he also said that the developer worked closely with Xbox engineers to make the game run well on the consoles.

To appease fans, the developer is constantly showcasing videos and releasing new information, such as game mechanics, the available factions, and the universe's vastness to be explored. It promises to be one of Microsoft's big releases for 2023.

Although the first half of 2023 is vague, this predicts that soon Bethesda should announce an official release date for Starfield. It's worth noting that this is not necessarily the only title expected by the developer, which has The Elder Scrolls VI, Redfall, and Fallout 5 after the release of Elder Scrolls. Bethesda also stated that DOOM has not ended with the plot of DOOM Eternal, and there's more to come.
