Battlefield 6 Launches Free Week for All Players Across Platforms

Since yesterday, fans of first-person shooters can experience Battlefield 6 without spending a dime. From November 25 to December 2, 2025, the game will be free to play on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, allowing both newcomers and longtime fans to jump into the action. This trial provides access to a selection of maps and modes, giving players a taste of the game's expansive multiplayer experience.

Plenty of content to explore

During the free week, players will have access to a variety of content. Players can explore three featured maps: the large-scale, vehicle-heavy Blackwell Fields, the new Eastwood map introduced in the latest update, and the infantry-focused Siege of Cairo. These maps showcase a mix of gameplay styles, from intense vehicle combat to tight, strategic infantry battles. In addition, the trial includes five multiplayer modes, including classic favorites like Conquest and Team Deathmatch, as well as the new Sabotage mode.

A major highlight for players is that any progress made during the free trial carries over if they choose to purchase the full game. All ranks, unlocks, and earned weapons will remain intact, ensuring a seamless transition from trial to full access. This feature makes it easy for new players to test the game thoroughly without worrying about losing their achievements.

The timing of this free trial coincides with the launch of Season 1 – California Resistance, which adds new content, including the Eastwood map, additional Sabotage mode features, and new weaponry. By participating in the free week, players can experience the latest content updates and see how Battlefield 6 has evolved since its release.

For newcomers, this trial is a perfect opportunity to explore the game's blend of large-scale warfare and strategic combat. For veteran players, the influx of new participants could bring fresh energy to multiplayer matches. With millions of copies sold worldwide, this one-week free trial is expected to draw even more players into the Battlefield 6 community. For anyone who has been waiting to try Battlefield 6 without committing to a purchase, this free week provides the perfect window to jump into the action and see what the game has to offer.
