PC version of Stellar Blade is likely to launch very soon

Stellar Blade is one of the hottest games of 2024, consistently appearing on the list of best-selling titles across many regions. The game has even sold over 1 million copies within 2 months. Although it is currently a PS5 exclusive, the publisher Shift Up had previously mentioned that a PC version, DLC and a sequel were being considered after 'sales exceeded expectations,' and now it seems like they are moving forward with it.

In a recent job listing for a combat designer on PC from Shift Up’s website, there is a mention of 'PC skills design and data work' and 'PC related system design and production progress' under the responsibilities section, which seems to imply that a PC version of Stellar Blade is on the way.

Shift Up has always expressed a desire to bring this game to PC, and considering their previous game, Goddess of Victory: Nikke, is already available on PC, it's hard to imagine that this job listing refers to anything else.

A second job listing titled ‘Battle Designer – Monster Creation’ also suggests that a new DLC or sequel might be in the works. Under the responsibilities section, the listing mentions 'monster skills, AI design, and data work,' along with 'monster-related system design.'

Stellar Blade was first released in April 2024 and is currently available on PS5.
