Exclusive rewards await in Monster Hunter Wilds’ latest update
Monster Hunter Wilds continues to keep its player base engaged with fresh content, as Capcom announces two exciting new limited-time Event Quests set to run from July 8 to July 22. The ever-evolving live-service structure of Monster Hunter Wilds ensures there’s always something new to chase—and this time, both fashion and fierce battles are on the menu.
Following a strong launch earlier this year and two major free Title Updates, Monster Hunter Wilds has steadily expanded with new monsters, equipment, and game modes. Now, Capcom is doubling down with more Event Quests designed to offer limited rewards for dedicated Hunters.
Exclusive rewards await in July’s timed hunts
A fresh batch of Event Quests are dropping in the coming weeks, including Mizutsune challenge quests, quests that reward fun new special equipment, and quests to get more armor spheres. Check back regularly to see what new Event Quests await you!https://t.co/rJEcbDTG4Q pic.twitter.com/GLid2iVdTo

The first of the two new additions is a 6-star Event Quest titled “An Inferno Laid Bare.” In this quest, players with Hunter Rank 31 or higher will head into the scorching Oilwell Basin to take down a powerful Nu Udra. A successful hunt will yield materials to craft two exclusive armor pieces: the Pinion Necklace α, a shirtless chest armor for Hunters, and the Felyne Bell Collar α, an adorable new body piece for your Palico companion.
The second addition is the 5-star Challenge Quest “Fleeting Bubbles,” which tasks players with hunting a Mizutsune in the Wounded Hollow at HR 21 or above. Challenge Quests in Monster Hunter Wilds are particularly intense—everyone enters with a standardized gear loadout, and meal buffs or Palico support are off-limits. Your only edge is skill. Rewards include time-based exclusive pendants, with higher-tier variants locked behind faster completion times.
These rotating events are a key part of what keeps Monster Hunter Wilds feeling fresh. While the core gameplay loop of hunting and crafting remains as addictive as ever, timed quests with exclusive loot give players a reason to jump back in regularly—even between major updates.
Capcom has promised more rotating Event Quests throughout the coming weeks, including those that reward special gear and armor spheres. Whether you're here for the fashion, the combat challenge, or the thrill of the hunt, now’s a great time to sharpen your blades and get back in the wild.
