Dragon Age: The Veilguard will focus on its narrative to maintain BioWare's standards
BioWare is well known for the rich stories and unforgettable characters in its games. Titles like STAR WARS Knights of the Old Republic, Baldur's Gate, or Mass Effect have captivated many players over the years, proving that the studio's creative minds have a knack for good storytelling. Exciting worlds that make you want to explore them, stories worthy of epic sagas, and antagonists of legend are commonly found in BioWare's games, and the upcoming installment in the Dragon Age series is not going to be any different on that matter.
Bigger than you think
In a recent interview, developers from the studio have revealed that Dragon Age: The Veilguard will be at the level of very important titles, at least when it comes to the number of lines of dialogue. With more than 140,000 lines and over 700 characters, the new Dragon Age will surpass all other games in the franchise, including Dragon Age 3: Inquisition. Coming from BioWare, this would mean quite a few good stories to discover while you immerse once more in the world of Thedas.
However, the big question about Dragon Age: The Veilguard is whether it will convince the fans of the series. The recent gameplay showcase generated many doubts among the fans of the series, especially with its combat, which seems to be less tactical and more direct and action-based. Also, The game will not feature an open world. These two changes together are meaningful enough to disappoint many long-time fans of Dragon Age but they probably will also open the franchise to new people. In any case, we will have to wait for a bit longer to see if BioWare provides more information about the game, including a possible release date.
You can rest assured that our comparator will provide you with the best deals to purchase Dragon Age: The Veilguard at the best price. It's up to you to decide if the new installment in the popular RPG series is what you are looking for or not, but a good story is granted, as the game is coming from BioWare.
