Firaxis Games is having more work than expected with Civilization VII. The latest installment in the most popular strategy series has some margin to be improved, especially when it comes to the functionality of its UI, which many players find lacking. The developer studio is set to improve the game since the very moment it was released and it has already deployed several patches. The post-launch development calendar has been changed in order to squeeze in more patches, giving priority to the addition of fixes and the introduction of quality-of-life changes that will improve player experience.
Patch 1.1.0 will be released tomorrow and it will include several gameplay updates, improvements to the UI, and even a new Natural Wonder: the Bermuda Triangle. A second update is planned for this month and it will also bring new improvements to the user interface alongside new functionalities and a new Natural Wonder for players to discover in the game: Mount Everest. Firaxis intends to polish the game further down the road and you can expect to see more patches released in the upcoming months. The DLC content that is included in the Deluxe Edition of Civilization VII, which features new leaders, civilizations, and more, is still on track and it will be available soon.
