HUMANKIND – Together We Rule Expansion Pack introduces a deep and meaningful overhaul to the diplomacy and espionage systems of the original game, giving players powerful new ways to shape the world without relying solely on military might. This expansion emphasizes influence, negotiation, and subterfuge as viable strategies for building a legacy in the grand sweep of history.

One of the central features is the Congress of Humankind, a new international institution where empires can vote on global doctrines and resolve conflicts between nations. Every civilization has a say, but their influence depends on a new strategic resource called Leverage. This currency is earned through diplomatic and espionage actions and plays a critical role in determining the outcome of key decisions that affect all players.

To support these interactions, the game introduces the Embassy, a new district where players can form cooperative agreements or use Leverage to influence other empires more aggressively. This system allows for deeper strategic maneuvering and more layered relationships between rival powers.

Another major addition is the Agent unit family, which includes Envoys, Spies, and Spymasters. These units are essential for collecting Leverage, influencing independent nations, conducting surveillance, and sabotaging enemy operations. They provide tools for both peaceful and covert approaches to expanding power and manipulating world affairs.

The expansion also adds six new cultures, each representing a different era and tied to the new Diplomatic Affinity. From the Sumerians in the Ancient Era to the Singaporeans in the Contemporary Era, each culture brings unique abilities focused on diplomacy and soft power. These cultures also introduce a new way to earn Fame by collecting Leverage across eras, unlocking Diplomatic Stars.

Additional content includes new wonders, inter-empire narrative events, and an original soundtrack that enriches the atmosphere. Altogether, HUMANKIND – Together We Rule Expansion Pack expands the strategic possibilities of the base game, offering players new diplomatic tools and espionage mechanics that deepen the complexity and replayability of their journey through history.
