TerraScape is an original strategy game that combines city-building mechanics and exciting puzzles. In this game, your objective is to complete a variety of scenarios by placing buildings that you draw from a deck. Your buildings can synergize with each other and nearby natural resources to produce unexpected effects. You need to place them strategically to take advantage of their positioning and plan ahead possible outcomes. Fortunately, time is not an issue in TerraScape and you can think about your movements thoroughly before taking action.

In TerraScape, the decks you use are predetermined and it's not possible to customize them. However, as you progress in the game you will be able to unlock new decks, additional buildings, and upgrades. Also, you can place a group of buildings in certain specific patterns in order to gain extra points.

TerraScape features cooperative and competitive multiplayer modes for up to four players that allow you to share the fun with your friends online. With plenty of gameplay modes to choose from, you won't get bored easily in this unique strategy game.

    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Can I directly manipulate the terrain elevation in TerraScape, or are the building foundations automatically adapting to the existing landscape?
Building foundations in TerraScape automatically adapt to the existing terrain, allowing for seamless integration of structures into the environment without manual leveling.
How does the 'Harmony' mechanic influence the placement of different building types, and what are the specific benefits or penalties associated with it?
The 'Harmony' mechanic in TerraScape rewards players for strategically placing buildings that complement each other. Benefits include increased resource production and happiness, while disharmonious placements can lead to decreased efficiency and potential penalties.
If a structure gets destroyed or is removed, is there a resource refund for its components, or are those resources lost?
When a structure is destroyed or removed in TerraScape, a percentage of the resources used to construct it are refunded to the player, minimizing losses and allowing for strategic rebuilding.
Are there any natural disasters or environmental events that can impact my settlements, and how can I mitigate their effects?
TerraScape features dynamic environmental events, such as wildfires and floods, that can impact settlements. Players can mitigate these effects by strategically placing firebreaks, constructing levees, and investing in protective infrastructure.

How does the game handle the transition between day and night cycles, and does it impact gameplay or resource gathering?
