Notice to the fans of Pokémon: the famous license lands on Switch with Pokkén Tournament DX. Like in the case of other games since the release of the latest console from Nintendo, Pokkén Tournament is now adapted to Switch. This new version of Pokkén Tournament DX takes the basics of its counterpart, with its batch of new features and features exclusive to the console. As a reminder, Pokkén Tournament is a fighting game in which you play, not a pokémon trainer, but the pokémon themselves. It´s compatible with the different modes of the Switch, you can play on your TV, laptop mode, tablet, or by connecting two consoles together. The game is playable with a single joy-con, so Pokkén Tournament DX is the ideal game to play with friends. In addition to the pokémon already present in Pokkén Tournament, there are five new fighters: Archéduc, Cradopaud, Cizayox, Pingoléon and Darkrai, all of them available from the beginning of the game. On the Pokémon support side, you can now find Flamiaou and Otaquin from Sun Pokémon and Pokemon Moon. There are two new modes, Team Fights and Group Matches. In the Team Fighting mode, you and your opponent each choose three Pokémon, and you will have to face each other by making them fight successively. Group Games is an online mode that allows you to create lounges to compete against players of your level or friends. You can even set a password for your group. Daily challenges allow you to earn skill points for your pokémon, and thus raise their level. Discover every day a new challenge with a specific pokémon. Finally, the Replay mode allows you to record your matches and share them online. You can also watch the replay of other players to perfect your combat techniques.
