J'achète la version super deluxe de Borderlands 3 qui apparait comme étant en stock mais avec un délai de livraison de 24H. Le service commercial après les vérifications de compte m'indique que finalement ils sont en rupture et que je peux attendre 3 jours que le produit revienne en stock car ils ont une livraison en cours. Le produit revient en stock au bout de 4 jours et ils me remboursent car selon eux la livraison n'a pas eu lieu (mais entre temps la promo s'est terminée …). Etrange non ?
I buy the super deluxe version of Borderlands 3 which appears to be in stock but with a delivery time of 24H. The sales department after account verification tells me that finally they are out of stock and I can wait 3 days for the product to come back in stock because they have a delivery in progress. The product comes back in stock after 4 days and they reimburse me because according to them the delivery did not take place (but in the meantime the promotion has ended ...). Strange isn't it ?

je viens d'acheter MK11 premium edition sans aucun problème par activation à distance avec paypal en 10 minutes environ

J'ai réussi une clé qui ne fonctionnait pas chez moi. Après 24h d'échanges par email avec le support, c'est finalement à l'aide du deuxième contact (après avoir posté un avis négatif sur Trustpilot) que l'ont m'a renvoyé une deuxième clé. Je ne recommande pas vraiment le site, car il fut assez compliqué de trouver une solution a mon problème. Néanmoins, j'ai quand même pu avoir mon jeu.
I have a key that didn't work at home. After 24 hours of email exchanges with the support team, it was finally with the help of the second contact (after having posted a negative review on Trustpilot) that they sent me back a second key. I don't really recommend the site because it was quite complicated to find a solution to my problem. Nevertheless, I was still able to get my game.

Commandé 5 jours avant la sortie du jeu. Clés reçu 2 jours avant la sortie avec le DLC de prés commande (the evil within 2).
Ordered 5 days before the release of the game. Keys received 2 days before the release with the DLC of preorder (the evil within 2).
