The Lord of the Rings: Gollum arrives in September

Daedalic Entertainment has confirmed the release date of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, the latest adventure inspired by the novels of JRR Tolkien. The game was announced a while ago, and a majority of the fans have followed the scarce information revealed about it with great interest. Although Gollum is not a hero or the protagonist of any of the novels, his role is key in the tale of the Ring, and he is one of the deepest and most complex characters in the story. Therefore, embodying him in an epic adventure is something that many fans feel drawn to, one way or another. 

"The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, based on the legendary The Lord of the Rings trilogy of books by JRR Tolkien, tells of Gollum's experiences from behind-the-scenes in the first chapters of The Fellowship of the Ring. After losing his precious ring to Bilbo Baggins, Gollum decides to leave the Misty Mountains and embark on a perilous journey that leads him from the dungeons of Barad-dûr to the realm of the Wood-elves in Mirkwood."
