These are the system requirements for Biomutant on PC

After a few months without any news about the game, Biomutant became a common topic in the news since the start of this year. The game developed by Experiment 101 and published by THQ Nordic was announced in 2017 and its release was initially scheduled for 2018. As everyone knows, it has been postponed several times, and the final release window was specified in early January along with the confirmation of the launch for 2021. Barely two weeks later, we got to know the precise release date of Biomutant, namely May 25, on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.

It is precisely this last platform that interests us today, since, as with any game that is released on PC the moment of revealing the required configurations has arrived. If you intend to play Biomutant on PC, here is the list of system requirements that you will need to meet:

Minimum configuration

• OS: Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 64-bit
• CPU: AMD FX-8350 or Intel Core i5-4690K
• RAM: 8 GB
• GPU: GeForce GTX 960 or Radeon R9 380 (4 GB of VRAM)
• 25 GB of storage

Recommended configuration

• OS: Windows 10 64-bit
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel Core i7-6700K
• RAM: 16 GB
• GPU: GeForce GTX 1660Ti or Radeon RX 590
• 25 GB of storage

We can see that Biomutant is not the most resource-intensive game and you won't need a high-end computer to play it, which is pretty good news. The game won't take up too much space on your hard drive either, at just 25 GB.

As a reminder, Biomutant is an action-RPG that takes place in a post-apocalyptic open world. In the game, you play as an anthropomorphic rodent character that reminisces of Rocket in Guardians of the Galaxy. Our hero and protagonist is a martial arts specialist instead.
