Gearbox announces a new DLC for Borderlands 3

We are still recovering from celebrating the wedding of Hammerlock and Wainwright, and Gearbox has already prepared the third DLC of Borderlands 3 for us. It's not that we are not used to a stream of extra content that Borderlands 3 is getting. After all, Borderlands 2 featured plenty of DLCs and every one of them added a lot of features and new zones that only made the game better. The same can be said about Borderlands 3, and if it was not enough with the limited-time events and the two DLC that are already available for the game, we are getting a new campaign addon very soon.

Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption is a Western-inspired adventure that will take players to Gehenna. The dusty frontier planet has never been very welcoming, but there is something that always attracts a certain type of visitors: money. That is exactly what you expect to collect after dealing with the Devil Riders gang, a group of outlaws that is terrorizing the town of Vestige, whose sheriff has issued a bounty on the outlaws. Sightseeing, frenetic shooting, and plentyof rewards to reap...can you hope for better vacations? 

Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption will launch on June 23, but before that, every Borderlands 3 player will have access to a new Takedown that will be released on June 4 through a free update. Takedown at The Guardian Beach is a new adventure for up to four experienced players in which you will travel to the planet of Minos Prime to locate the source of a Guardian signal. But, oh surprise!, when you arrive at the planet you are received by a storm of bullets coming from a group of rogue Guardians that are not happy with you interfering with their plans. The challenge will prove to be quite difficult but expect very good rewards if you manage to complete your mission and defeat the hordes of enemies and deadly bosses that you will face during the Takedown.

Gearbox is not planning on giving players any rest, and it's already working on a fourth DLC that will be announced in the following months. Remember that all those DLC are included in the Borderlands 3 Season Pass, that you can find at the best price on our comparator along with the base game.
