Dragon Age: The Veilguard will surpass expectations
Dragon Age: The Veilguard has generated a big hype since it was announced for several reasons. Not only is it the first game in the popular action RPG franchise in the last ten years, but it also arrives after BioWare disappointed very seriously a significantly large community with Anthem. The sci-fi game didn't meet the expectations it generated, and the developer gave up on it too fast and left many players quite annoyed in the process. There's a huge interest in finding out if BioWare still has what's needed to make good games. The Studio has always been very popular for the narrative in its games, but beyond that many players consider that it's yet to find the appropriate formula to convince players. Dragon Age: The Veilguard comes in as a big opportunity to demonstrate that BioWare is still among the best.
Better than expected
The first reviews of the game are available today after the specialized press has been able to give it a try for a few hours. Most of the commentaries express two feelings: surprise and positiveness. Dragon Age: The Veilguard seems to be the game that will save BioWare from its demise. The game is not just a refurbished Dragon Age with a few fancy additions and a new story. It's not just a new chapter in the saga. Instead, it will redefine it.
From the new combat mechanics to the lack of an open world that allows for a more streamlined experience, Dragon Age: The Veilguard manages to deliver a solid and engaging gameplay experience that feels satisfying at all levels. The game feels different from the start, boasting the most detailed character creator that BioWare has ever included in any of its games. The combat is so immersive and requires so much of your attention that not allowing players to control companions directly seems to be the right option. Dragon Age: The Veilguard is a single-player RPG adventure, and it's definitely a noteworthy one, from beginning to end.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard may not be the Dragon Age game seasoned veterans of the series expected it to be, but it's probably something much better. We can't say if it's a game for you or not, but we can help you find the best deal to buy a Dragon Age: The Veilguard CD key with our comparator so you can discover it next Halloween.
