This expansion introduces dark new territories to explore, powerful eldritch forces to command, and challenges that will test even the most skilled strategists. Every decision carries weight as corruption and fear twist the battlefield in unexpected ways.

Players can take control of the Eldritch Sovereigns, ancient rulers wielding unique Thrall-based magic. Shape your strategy with choices between domination, flesh manipulation, or chaotic magic, and unleash devastating powers to turn the tide of war. The expansion also adds new forms, including Syron and Insect, and mounts like the Standard Beetle and Exotic Death Beetle, offering fresh tactical options for your armies.

The campaign is enriched with new story realms, including the war-torn lands of Athla, where the fate of the world is at stake. Players encounter unpredictable Cosmic Happenings, global events that challenge heroes and armies in dynamic ways, providing opportunities to gain powerful transformations and abilities.
