It’s the early 19th Century, and you have an Industrial Revolution to create. Welcome to Railway Empire - Down Under, an expansion that takes place in the burgeoning country of Australia. The difficulty lies in expanding across the sweltering Outback and connecting the mines, towns, and coastal cities of the land Down Under. Are you up to the task?

Railway Empire - Down Under features a new scenario: “Pioneering spirit,” which takes place from 1830-1930. Included is a map expansion called “Down Under” which you can play in Free Game and Sandbox modes.

You’ll also get to use three historical engines: Heisler (0-8-0), C30 (4-6-0), and Class S (4-6-2). You’ll also trade new goods such as Rail-O-Mite and canned beer, and discover 52 new cities to discover. Finally, you get a unique Settlement feature: you can establish cities of your own, making an impact on the economics of Australia. So get your pioneering spirit on for Railway Empire - Down Under!
