    Insurgency: Sandstorm is a multiplayer tactical first-person shooter that offers you a gritty team-based combat with a high degree of realism. The second title of the Insurgency franchise is based on the original one and does a good job taking all the interesting features that made it sold 5 million copies and improving them to deliver a new level of immersion.

    Featuring a high level of gun lethality and a HUD reduced to the bare minimum, Insurgency: Sandstorm delivers a shooting experience in close quarters where skill, concentration, and teamwork are paramount. Every bullet counts and it´s potentially lethal, so the combat is both quite intense and rewarding.

    Insurgency: Sandstorm offers you online team-based matches that take place in enclosed areas depicting a fictional conflict in the Middle East. It pits up to 16 versus 16 players on several objective-based modes (Push, Skirmish, and Firefight) or 8 players co-op versus AI on Checkpoint mode. You can choose between two different teams at the start of each match, Insurgency or Security, and then select between different classes and weapon loadouts before joining the fight. During the matches, you will be able to do things like call in air support or use vehicle mounted weapons, coordinating with your team for maximum combat efficiency.

    The game multiplayer features include matchmaking, broadcasting UI, and replays. Also, for the first time in the Insurgency franchise, you will be able to customize the looks of your characters and weapons with a wide range of accessories, clothing, uniforms and even character voices.

    Insurgency: Sandstorm focuses on offering the most realistic combat experience, leaving aside unnecessary adornments to create a truly immersive environment.
