The creators of Borderlands surprise us with a new title that mixes first-person shooting with MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) elements. Battleborn offers you the possibility of joining a team of badass heroes in an attempt to protect the known universe from Varelsi, a mysterious menace that has destroyed countless planets relegating all survivors to a star named Solus. Despite the initial frictions between different races and factions, eventually all of them have decided to unite against the major evil and they have sent a champion each to face the monstrosity that is annihilating the universe. The game features a big roster of 25 different characters, each of them wielding unique weapons and powers. Battleborn includes a persistent progression system where all experience gained allows you to raise your Rank giving you access to many bonuses like new skills, augments, badges or skins for your character to use.
