You will need to manage the scarce tools at your disposal to keep the hospital running under the fire of enemy artillery and try to treat the injured and diseased with methods from 1918.

As the game progresses, War Hospital lets you discover innovative medical technology to better take care of the victims of the war. The game also requires you to deal with the psychological effects derived from the traumas by infusing hope in your staff in order to keep a cohesive group working and the hospital running.
