Split Fiction, the highly anticipated co-op adventure from Hazelight Studios—the team behind It Takes Two—is set to launch in less than a week. Ahead of its release on March 6, the studio has unveiled the full PC system requirements, allowing players to prepare for an unforgettable co-op journey. Additionally, Split Fiction has received a Steam Deck Verified label, ensuring smooth performance on Valve’s handheld device.
The game will also support cross-play across all platforms, meaning players on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC can team up seamlessly through the Friend’s Pass feature.
"We have worked tirelessly to ensure the game is optimized for launch, completing hours and hours of performance and compatibility testing with the goal of making sure that the game runs as smoothly as possible, even on PCs configured at the game's listed minimum system requirements," the studio wrote in a Steam blog.
Split Fiction offers two graphical presets—Minimum and Recommended—both requiring at least 16GB of RAM.
Additionally, Split Fiction will fully support ultrawide monitors, making it an immersive experience for players using 21:9 and 32:9 resolutions.
