- Removed a small coffee table that blocked James in Woodside Apartments.
- Fixed progression issues with the Disgust Path in the Labyrinth.
- Improved Spider Mannequins’ behavior when attacking James.
- Added more natural weapow-switching movements for James.
- Resolved triggering issues with the Spider Mannequin event in the Labyrinth’s Fear Path.
- Improved item pickups during the final boss fight.
- Fixed overlapping picture frames in the Moth Room.
- Improved deformation of Nurses’ skirts.
- Fixed NewGame+ unlock message not displaying in the player’s chosen language.
