Overcooked! 2 is getting a free seasonal update

Overcooked! 2 has plenty of content in the base game that's also been expanded with a few extra DLCs that add even more cooks, crazy kitchens, and more to the game. But it seems that it's not enough for developer Team 17, and now they are launching a new seasonal update that will be free to all players. The new DLC has been teased on the official Twitter account of the game and even though the announcement does not reveal its name, it lets us know that the content in the new Overcooked! 2 DLC is going to revolve around Autumn.

Crunchy golden leaves, ruby sunsets and the sweet smell of woodsmoke drifting from your BURNING KITCHEN!!!

That's quite an accurate description of what an Overcooked! 2 game would be. It is yet to be revealed what kind of scenarios and new kitchens the DLC will add to the game, but we are sure that they will have the right bit of craziness with fires, moving platforms and special conditions, just to make your life as a chef a true nightmare if you don't cooperate with the other chefs in your team to handle all the problems that will appear while you are cooking. Since the new Overcooked! 2 DLC seems to be a seasonal update focused on Autumn, we are guessing that you will find a new route to discover with your food truck and probably a few new chefs. 

Nothing has been confirmed so far, and we will have to wait until the new Overcooked! 2 DLC is released to find out what it really adds to the game.
