Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is finally playable on Steam Deck

Spider-Man is one of the most popular superheroes of the Marvel universe and therefore he's been chosen as the protagonist of many video games. Among these, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is the one that better represents the hero, because it features both of his alter egos, Peter Parker and Miles Morales. In the game, they are immersed in an epic adventure that pits them against iconic supervillains with the future of New York City at stake. Developer Insomniac Games created a masterpiece that allows players to dive into the universe of the comics with amazing graphics and dynamic gameplay, making the game a favourite of the fans rapidly. However, it wasn't until a few weeks ago that Marvel's Spider-Man 2 was released for PC, as it was initially released as an exclusive to PlayStation consoles.

The PC release was received with joy as this version of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 features better graphics as well as support for Ray Tracing technology and ultra-wide screens. Nixxes Software was in charge of the PC port and it did an excellent job, although the game has received several updates since it was released to polish some details. Patch 3 was released yesterday and it includes stability improvements and bug fixes based on players feedback. The release of the latest update was also accompanied by an official announcement that many were waiting for: Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is now fully playable on Steam Deck.
