Jagged Alliance 3 launches on PC in July

Developer Haemimont Games and publisher THQ Nordic are proudly releasing the long-awaited third mainline game to the iconic title, dubbed simply as Jagged Alliance 3. The game shall be a worthy successor and an outstanding strategy game when it releases on PC next July.

In the latest features trailer, they showcase what Jagged Alliance 3 brings to the table - and what it doesn't. Experienced mercenaries who have played the previous installments may think they know what this game is about. However, if you have yet to experience the excitement of a Jagged Alliance game, this new trailer will answer the question you have been eagerly waiting to ask. What is the gameplay like? The game synopsis is as follows:

Grand Chien, a nation of rich natural resources and deep political divides, is thrown into chaos when the elected President goes missing and a paramilitary force known as "The Legion" seizes control of the countryside. Now, the President's family has pulled together all their resources, including an arrangement with the powerful Adonis corporation, to hire a group of skilled mercenaries tasked with finding the President and bringing order back to the country.

In Jagged Alliance 3, select from a vast cast of mercenaries with unique personalities, quirks, and backstories. Then go out and explore Grand Chien as you meet new people, earn money, grow your team, and ultimately make your own decisions to decide the country's fate. As iconic as the series is, Jagged Alliance 3 may have inspired some spectacular strategy games like XCOM Chimera Squad and Marvel's Midnight Suns. 

Mod support for the PC edition

After Jagged Alliance 3 has launched, the developers will focus on allowing players to customize the game according to their preferences. Initially offering basic mod support, allowing players to modify weapon statistics, adjust difficulty levels, and even display the "chance to hit" percentage, the mod support for the game will continue to expand and evolve post-launch. In due course, players will wield a powerful tool that empowers them to create and share their campaigns, introduce new mercenaries, and explore possibilities beyond their imagination.
