Discover the vampire-infested world of Redfall

Vampires are a trending topic in the world of video games. V Rising has brought them back to the first line with spectacular success, Bloodhunt is quite a decent battle royale alternative for those that don't want to spend money, Swansong offers a more narrative-focused experience, and we are still trying to figure out what happened to Bloodlines 2. Among the vampire-themed titles, Arcane Studios has come up with Redfall, a very exciting first-person shooting experience set in a world infested by vampires. 

We could learn more about the game and watch a bit of gameplay during the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase that took place a couple of weeks ago, but the creators of Prey and Dishonored are eager to reveal more about their game, and the studio welcomes us to the island where the game takes place in a new video.

Welcome to Redfall

The video showcases some of the features in the game, introduces the heroes, and provides some insight into their abilitiles. 

"The town of Redfall is under siege by a legion of vampires who have cut the island off from the outside world. Trapped with a handful of survivors, choose from a roster of heroes to create the perfect team of vampire slayers and take back Redfall."

While Redfall can be played solo, it's undeniable that it will be much more fun if you share the experience with other players in co-op mode. In any case, your progress in the campaign is linked to the games you host exclusively, so you will experience the whole story at least once when you play the game. Of course, items and experience that you get in multiplayer games will also be saved.
