Dead Space's launch trailer meets high expectations

Despite being a remake of a classic title, the new Dead Space has caught even more attention than the version from 2008. The story is pretty much the same, but survival horror has consolidated into a genre with many more fans over the years and the new graphics look stunning, which is not surprising considering the hardware required to run the game. Developer EA Motive has focused on delivering an exciting gameplay experience and boosting all the things that made the original game. The result is impressive. Dead Space is a new take on a genre-defining game that looks better than ever and allows you to immerse in a very intense experience. You can get some insight into what awaits you in the game by watching the Dead Space launch trailer below.

The guys at EA Motive have taken a very conservative approach to the game, trying to keep intact as much as possible while enhancing the overall experience. But Dead Space has become quite a popular series over the years, and the game's universe has expanded a lot. According to the studio, all the fans of the original game will notice slight changes that reflect that.

“There have been a lot of stories told inside the Dead Space universe, with the later games, the books, the comics, the movie… So what we tried to do in this game is add a bit more lore, or make some adjustments to the lore, to have better continuity with the broader universe.”

Therefore, Dead Space will have new things for all players, whether they have played the old game or not. Exploring the dark corridors of the USG Ishimura while looking for answers and trying to survive will be a more immersive experience than ever.

The release of Dead Space is scheduled for January 27, 2023, on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Playstation. Feel free to use our comparator to get your Dead Space CD key if you want to save money on the purchase.
