After an assassination attempt, King Arthur is severely wounded and the kingdom of Britannia is plunged into total chaos. You will need to gather the knights of the round table to regain the provinces and restore order in the country. Some provinces will offer you side quests to improve your diplomatic relations, loot artifacts, or upgrade your crafting skills. 

Air units are now included and they will be formidable against infantry but weak against archers. Magic will also be taking a huge part in the battles, with spells that grant a magical shield to your army, for example. You will have access to three types of heroes: Mages can cast spells with large areas effects, Champions will be the masters of melee fighting and Warlords will boost your army with different buffs. Units such as archers or riders can also be improved as you progress. The game engine has also been improved and now it's able to manage 3,000 units on the battlefield. Changing from turn-based to real-time is very well made and promises hours of epic battles.
