MIMESIS is a nerve-wracking cooperative survival horror game that plays a terrifying trick on your mind, forcing you to question the identity of everyone you see. The world has been ruined by a strange, cursed rain that falls at night, transforming anyone it touches into monstrous copies of their former selves. These creatures, also called Mimeses, don't just look like your friends; they are driven by advanced intelligence that can flawlessly copy their voices and behavior.

You and a team of up to four survivors have found temporary safety inside an old tram that can move from place to place. Your main goal is simple: survive. By day, you must venture out into abandoned, unpredictable environments to find the spare parts and fuel needed to keep your sanctuary moving. When night arrives, the deadly rain returns, and if your tram is forced to stop, the Mimeses will come looking for you.

The core terror comes from the uncertainty of who is real and who is a fake. When a player is killed, they are replaced by a perfect mimic, and the line between ally and enemy immediately vanishes. That familiar voice you hear over the radio, the teammate standing right next to you—they might be an imitation waiting for the perfect moment to strike. This system of perfect deception means you can never truly let your guard down, making every interaction a test of trust that defines the challenging experience of MIMESIS.
