Voice of Cards: The Forsaken Maiden is the second installment in the card-based role-playing game series. It follows the story of a valiant hero that has vowed to ave the inhabitants of a remote chain of islands. The Order of Maidens has protected the islands for generations, but when one of them finds itself without a maiden, one of its inhabitants embarks on a mission to save it from destruction. You are that hero, and along with Laty, a young girl who failed to become the maiden of your isle and a mysterious spirit of unknown origin, you set sail to explore the seas surrounding the island, looking for a way of changing its fate. 

Voice of Cards: The Forsaken Maiden is not a sequel to The Isle Dragon Roars, but they share the same gameplay style. Everything in the game is represented by cards, from the scenarios to the heroes and enemies. You have to navigate the world, making decisions as you progress through the story, facing any opponents you encounter in turn-based battles where you use cards from a deck to fight each other.
