Take the role of a manager of a talent agency and help it grow. Train the newest generation of young pop artists and hire the right personnel in order to help you with the business. You'll have to take care of the artists' personal lives and try and keep them happy, avoid emotional meltdowns and PR nightmares since it can turn into a financial disaster.

There are many adversities that you'll have to take care, from gossip magazines, rival groups, and super fans. They are all looking to create the next big scandal. They are all willing to play dirty and tear you down, but don't take it too personal, it's just business.

• Make decisions on how to deal with vandalism, stalkers, threats and the pop idols you manage.


• Take good care of relationships between idols in your group. You'll have to deal with cliques, bullying and internal disputes.
