    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Can I physically move and rotate my character miniature to see from different perspectives, or is the view fixed?
Yes, you can physically move and rotate your miniature on the virtual game board to adjust your line of sight and get a better understanding of the environment.
How does line of sight work with walls and other environmental objects, and how is it visualized?
Line of sight is crucial. Walls and objects block vision. A visual indicator highlights your character's view, showing what can be seen and what is obscured.
Besides dice rolls, how do cards factor into combat and other actions?
Cards provide special abilities, spells, and actions. They can modify dice rolls, inflict status effects, or allow for unique maneuvers. Choosing the right card at the right time is key.
Are the dungeons procedurally generated, or are they pre-designed?
Dungeons feature a mix of pre-designed rooms and procedurally generated elements, ensuring a fresh experience with each playthrough while maintaining a balanced challenge.
How are character classes differentiated, and what unique abilities do they possess?
Each class has unique starting stats, card decks, and special abilities. These abilities range from healing and buffing to dealing direct damage or controlling enemies.
Is communication via voice chat mandatory, or can I use text-based communication?
Voice chat is the primary communication method, but text chat is also available for players who prefer it or for moments when voice isn't ideal.
How is loot distributed among players after defeating enemies or completing objectives?
Loot distribution typically involves a combination of fixed rewards and random drops. Players may need to decide how to allocate loot during the game.
Can I save my progress mid-game, or are sessions designed to be completed in one sitting?
Sessions are designed to be completed in one sitting, offering a structured experience without a save-and-resume feature during gameplay.
How does the game handle player death, and what are the consequences?
Player death usually leads to being removed from the current session or having to respawn at a specific location, depending on the game mode.
Does the game offer a tutorial or onboarding process to help new players learn the mechanics?
Yes, the game features a tutorial to introduce the core mechanics, controls, and game flow, helping new players become familiar with the rules.
