The 1980s were the golden age of cocaine in Latin America, and the United States was quickly overwhelmed by this new market. The rapid and intense development of the cartels caused crime to skyrocket and brought a lot of violence.

    Cartel Tycoon is inspired by this situation to create a fictional world where you must build a real empire from scratch. The further you progress in the game, the more power you'll have and the more you'll be able to expand your territory and influence, even putting pressure on the political life to make sure that no clouds tarnish your enterprise. You'll have to keep an eye on rival cartels and make sure that your marijuana, cocaine, and other drugs trade thrives in every way possible. For example, you can resort to money laundering, selling perfectly legal goods to hide your real business.

    Of course, Cartel Tycoon will put the authorities in your way, like the DEA or the CIA, so it's up to you how you want to handle things, by bribery or by eliminating everyone in your way. Cartel Tycoon plays like a classic tycoon simulator and procedurally offers you events so that you never get bored, and each game is unique.
