Catherine: Full Body is a remake/enhanced port of the 2011 Catherine video game. It was developed and published by Atlus' Studio Zero Team for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan. This remake features new gameplay, a Safety mode that will allow you "to skip stages you have not cleared with the press of a button, and solely enjoy the event scenes" as well as an online mode, a new Arrange Mode will add “complex linked blocks” to original familiar levels, downloadable content with Joker from Persona 5 being a playable character in Babel and Colosseum modes and over 500 puzzles, which is twice that of the original game.

The game features Vincent, a young man caught in a predicament as he starts cheating on his longtime girlfriend right around the same time she announces she might be pregnant. Stressed with the pressure of marriage and commitment, Vincent starts having nightmares. These nightmare sequences are made of puzzle gameplay segments where players must reach the top of a tower, in order to escape from horrifying monsters born from Vincent’s fears.
A third love interest joins the Kathrine / Catherine dynamic. Rin, (voiced by Aya Hirano) is Vincent's new neighbor as well as the pianist at the Stray Sheep. Rin does not force herself as Vincent's girlfriend as much as Catherine does and Vincent prevents an intimate relationship from escalating by default. The player needs to go out of their way to begin a relationship with Rin.

Depending on the players’ choices, the story’s development and the end of the love story of Vincent, his girlfriend Katherine, his lover Catherine, and new character Rin, will change drastically.
