    There’s a lot of work to be done with every new property that falls in your hands. First, you have to clean up the trash, remove broken glass, sweep up all the dust, and remove the ugly old wallpaper. Don't forget to sell any unsightly old furniture so you have money to buy new ones. 

    Then it’s time to renovate—knock down walls, repaint surfaces, install heaters and air conditioners, and refurbish the house to give it a total makeover. Once you're done, you can sell the house to your clients for a huge profit, or if you want, use it yourself as your own home.
