Lift It is a video game about training your character and gaining stats by doing so. The game offers four types of exercises for you to do: bench presses (increase your strength), squats (increase your health), deadlifting (increases your defense), and the treadmill (increases your stamina). Increasing your stats will allow you to beat up any enemies that you encounter while traveling from the Gym Island (the main island) to other islands. Get money by beating up the other eight gym owners, and use that money to buy integrators or weapons. Each integrator has a type and each type temporarily doubles a specific stat for 3 minutes. Bill, the armorer, is the guy that will sell weapons to you. Swords, armor, shields, and so on can be bought, and each of them affects a certain stat. Each weapon is available in different quality ranging from wood to diamond, and the higher the quality the higher the stats multiplier. Besides the Gym Island, you can also travel to the Labyrinth Island and Zombie Island, with more islands coming with updates. Lift It also has a multiplayer mode where you can challenge other players to a duel. If you want to, you can also engage in other activities such as playing the guitar with Rosario or Larry. You can even go to a bar and Burp with Benny. Lastly, if you're a fan of dancing, you can go and dance with Sarah and attempt the famous Moonwalk. Lift It has more than 60 songs that will help you with your activities. Rock will pump you up and get that adrenaline running while you're on the bench press, while softer music will play at the bar to help you relax, or even dance. Lift It is currently in alpha with English being the only available language, but more languages will be added soon.
