YAPYAP: Where Horror Meets Humor in Perfect Balance
Are you a fan of co-op horror games to play with friends like Lethal Company or R.E.P.O.? If so, welcome to the new co-op horror title released on February 3, 2026, called YAPYAP.
Serve as a Wizard's Minion
In this game developed by Maison Bap and released on PC (via Steam), you step into the shoes of a small, bug-eyed minion who serve a cranky sorcerer alongside up to five other players. This sorcerer has a bitter feud with a rival wizard, so he sends his minions to infiltrate his enemy's tower to sabotage everything inside.
YAPYAP can be described as a mix of Lethal Company and R.E.P.O. set in a colorful yet bizarre magical world. In the game, the main objective is to vandalize objects within the enemy wizard’s castle to reach a required score before making an escape.
Acts of sabotage include smashing pianos, clogging toilets, spilling water on carpets, or any other action guaranteed to drive the rival wizard crazy. As an aid in your disruption mission, you will find strange spells throughout the castle that allow you to push or pull things, transform enemies into fish, or even create chaotic clones of yourself. By putting them to the best use, you are guaranteed to wreak havoc throughout the scenario.
A key element of the game's experience is the proximity voice chat mechanism. The game uses the player's microphone to generate multiple gameplay interactions. You might find yourself having to scream into the mic to activate a spell or remain in absolute silence to avoid monsters prowling the hallways.
Overall, if you are looking for a horror game that is chaotic, hilarious, and perfect for spending time with friends or family, YAPYAP is a very smart choice right now. Please make sure to check out our comparison tool for the cheapest YAPYAP PC keys.
