WWE 2K25 adds new forms to play
The release of WWE 2K25 is around the corner and thousands of players are ready to return to the iconic wrestling simulation franchise. Developer Visual Concepts has created and polished a game that builds on the mechanics of its predecessor to deliver an incredible experience that gives you access to more than 300 wrestlers. WWE 2K25 will feature many gameplay modes that were present in WWE 2K24 and previous games in the popular series. The introduction of new gameplay modes like The Island also contributes to enhancing an experience that is more varied than ever. But this is not the only novelty coming in WWE 2K25.
Bloodline Rules
WWE 2K25 introduces a new type of match for players to put their wrestling skills to the test. Bloodline Rules matches are somewhat similar to the old No Holds Barred matches. You just need to pin down your opponent or make them submit to win the match. However, this will prove to be increasingly difficult as the match progresses. In this type of match, players can call for the aid of up to three of their buddies to assist them in the fight via the Bloodline Rush ability. When used, another wrestler will appear outside of the ring and run inside to make a special attack. The big difference is that those who come to aid stay in the ring, which can eventually turn the match into a chaotic and exhilarating 4v4 fight. Of course, using this ability will require you to charge it first by fighting, so you can't just call for your three allies right away. As you can imagine, this type of match opens up many strategic possibilities and gets more complex as time passes.
Bloodline Rules matches are just one of the novelties added to the franchise in WWE 2K25. You can expect to find many surprises if you decide to play the game when it's released. We highly recommend that you take your time to learn the new mechanics in the game whether you are a veteran or not.
