Steam’s Cyberpunk Fest is now live with deals across cyberpunk worlds

Steam has kicked off another themed event, and this week's spotlight belongs to Cyberpunk Fest. Running for the next seven days, the sale celebrates everything from dystopian RPGs and futuristic shooters to neon-soaked city builders inspired by classics like Blade Runner. Alongside hefty discounts, the event also includes free demos and a showcase of upcoming cyberpunk-themed releases.

As with every major Steam festival, Valve has released one of its trademark trailers hosted by Kaci Aitchison, offering a quick look at some of the featured games while injecting the company's usual sense of humor.

Unsurprisingly, Cyberpunk 2077 is front and center. Although the RPG had already gone on sale ahead of the festival, it's still one of the biggest deals available. The base game can now be picked up for $17.99 / 17,99€ / £14.99 after a 70% discount, while the Ultimate Edition, which bundles in the Phantom Liberty expansion, has dropped to $33.10 / 33,10€ / £27.58, saving players 60%.

One of the more interesting indie picks is Katanaut, which blends metroidvania exploration, roguelite progression, and cosmic horror into a stylish cyberpunk setting. Players explore a ruined space station, unlock new abilities, and carve through terrifying creatures with a shadow-powered blade. During the event, it's available for just $5.57 / 5,42€ / £4.63, a 69% discount.

Another standout is Peripeteia, an immersive sim set in an alternate-history version of Poland. Mixing first- and third-person gameplay with stealth, RPG systems, and shooter mechanics, it offers a fresh take on the genre. It's currently 25% off, bringing the price down to $18.21 / 17,93€ / £15.38.

There are plenty of other notable discounts worth checking out as well. RoboCop: Rogue City has been slashed by 90%, both Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Director's Cut and Deus Ex: Mankind Divided are available at 85% off, while Ninja Gaiden 4 has received a 40% discount.

If you aren't familiar with Steam's regular themed festivals, these events are frequent occurrences on Valve’s popular PC gaming platform, designed to spotlight specific genres. They’ve grown increasingly common recently, frequently coordinated directly by developers and publishers. These sales are an excellent opportunity to discover titles that might have escaped your attention, particularly while waiting for the broader scope of the well-known Steam Next Fest.
