Steam Next Fest - October 2024 Edition is live now

The latest Steam Next Fest event is here, offering new playable and free demos for upcoming PC games on Steam. Valve has launched its newest Steam Next Fest event, which will be available until October 21.

Apart from Steam's major holiday and seasonal sales events, the Steam Next Fest events are some of the most thrilling times of the year for Steam users. It's an opportunity for users to try out numerous free game demos for upcoming PC games over the next week.

During the next week, some of the game demos available to play are:

• Is this Game Trying to Kill Me?
• Knights in Tight Spaces
• Luma Island
• Delta Force
• The Precinct
• Call Of Boba
• Windblown
• Commandos: Origins
• SULFUR
• Battle Train
• ANTONBLAST
• Microtopia
• Mini Royale

The upcoming first-person tactical shooter Delta Force has already generated a lot of interest. Following the release of a gameplay trailer during Gamescom's Opening Night Live in August and the removal of 'Hawk Ops' from its title, Delta Force is set to launch on PC in early access later this year. Before that, tactical shooter fans can try it out between October 14 and 21. The demo includes all unlocked weapons, allowing players to test the complete arsenal for free while experiencing the destructible environments, boss spawns, extraction, and looting mechanics.

Furthermore, the official Steam Next Fest page will showcase different trailers for upcoming PC games every time you visit within the next seven days. It's important to note that the free demos of these upcoming titles may not fully represent the final version of the games when they are officially released.
