Developer Volition is looking to offer better times for Saints Row players after a rather rough release. Everyone anticipated that rebooting such a popular video game series with new characters and a new setting wasn't going to be easy. A part of the huge community of fans of the series wasn't ready to see their favorite characters go, but the new visual aspect of the game alongside the opportunity for new stories contributed to a good reception. Unfortunately, the developer has been busy fixing bugs during the last few months but Saints Row seems to be ready to gain more momentum with the release of its first paid DLC.
A new adventure
The Heist and the Hazardous will take the Saints on a mission to claim revenge after they are betrayed during an assassination job. The expansion will include a new storyline, missions, events, and cosmetic items. Its release will be followed by other two DLC that are planned for July and August, making the summer quite an enjoyable time for the fans of Saints Row whether they own the Season Pass or prefer to buy them separately.
