Ubisoft prepares plenty of post-launch content for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is coming in December and the game is generating a lot of expectation among the fans of James Cameron's films. Ubisoft has released plenty of footage showing the new adventure set Pandora and the alien planet looks spectacular. From its creatures to the environments, the game recreates the universe from the movies with extreme detail and allows for an experience with a deep level of immersion. The story also offers you an opportunity to discover the culture of the Na'vi as if you were an outsider in a process that feels natural. These features alongside an exciting action-based combat system contribute to delivering an epic experience that reminisces of games like Horizon Forbidden West.

Post-launch roadmap

You will still have to wait a bit longer to play Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora but Ubisoft has already revealed what kind of additional content the game will receive after it's released. the post-launch roadmap will be included in a Season Pass that will give you access to a couple of story expansion packs as well as a new quest, cosmetic items, and more.

The first story pack for Avarar: Frontiers of Pandora is called The Sky Breaker and it will pit you against a mysterious shadow that looms in the sky. The second story pack, Secrets of the Spires, will open a new region in Pandora for you to explore and adventure in. The bonus quest is called Familiar Echoes, and it's a subterfuge mission where you have to infiltrate an RDA base to sabotage them. The additional content will be released throughout next year, starting with The Sky Breaker next Summer followed by Secrets of the Spires coming next Fall.
