Is Phantom Blade Zero Coming to Xbox Series X|S?

Fans hoping to experience Phantom Blade Zero on Xbox Series X|S may have to wait longer, as developer S-Game has yet to announce an Xbox version of its upcoming action RPG. The game is scheduled to launch on October 29, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. While an Xbox release remains possible, there is currently no official confirmation that Microsoft's consoles will receive the game. With its fast-paced swordplay, cinematic martial arts, and dark fantasy atmosphere, Phantom Blade Zero is set to appeal to fans of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, while its Chinese mythology-inspired aesthetics may particularly resonate with players who enjoyed Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty and Black Myth: Wukong.

S-Game Has Not Ruled Out an Xbox Release

The uncertainty surrounding an Xbox version dates back to August 2024, when S-Game addressed questions about the game's platform availability. The developer stated that it had "not ruled out any platforms," leaving the door open for a potential Xbox Series X|S release. However, this statement should not be mistaken for an official announcement or confirmation that an Xbox port is in development.

Since then, S-Game has not provided a confirmed Xbox release date or announced specific plans to bring Phantom Blade Zero to Microsoft's consoles. For now, PlayStation 5 and PC remain the only announced launch platforms.

Could Phantom Blade Zero Arrive on Xbox Later?

Although an Xbox version has not been announced, the possibility of a future port remains a topic of speculation. Some players believe Phantom Blade Zero could eventually follow other action RPGs that expanded to additional platforms after their initial release. Nevertheless, these expectations remain speculative until S-Game provides an official update.

For players eager to experience Phantom Blade Zero at launch, PS5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store are currently the confirmed options. Xbox fans should keep an eye on future announcements rather than assume a port is guaranteed.
